Please note that we consider this a "business policy" not a "friendship policy" and that once your reservation is placed and paid for in advance no refunds are provided for any reason whether you notify us you're not coming the day following or at any subsequent date. If you do not make it to Sturgis at Whispering Pines your site remains vacant. No exceptions. Your reservation placement acknowledges your understanding of our reservation/no-refund policy and should you have any questions regarding same please inquire prior to payment.
