Please read our reservation/refund policy:

All rates based on nightly occupancy of (2) adults. All fees subject to 5% sales tax. Reservations require (1) night deposit for campsites and (2) nights for lodging. Showers are free to all guests. Guests can dump for a fee of $5.00. Non-Guests can dump for a fee of $15.00

Deposits for campsites are refundable only provided cancellation notice is received (14) days in advance of arrival.

Deposits for lodging are refundable if we can rebook the exact dates of your reservation - the sooner we know of a cancellation, the sooner we can use our best efforts to rebook your exact dates. Deposits for the House only are also refundable provided cancellation notice is received (7) months in advance of arrival. Cabin deposits only are also refundable provided cancellation notice is received (3) months in advance of arrival. Lodging cancellation fee:$50.

Except as above, there are no refunds. Your reservation placement acknowledges your understanding of our reservation/refund policy and should you have any questions regarding same please inquire prior to payment.

Annually, during the second week in August for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally: Special rates and policies apply including our reservation/no-refund policy reflected herein our website.
