Please read our reservation/refund policy:

All rates based on nightly occupancy of (2) adults. All fees subject to 5½% sales tax. Reservations require (1) night deposit for campsites and (2) nights for lodging. Showers are free to all guests. Guests can dump for a fee of $5.00. Non-Guests can dump for a fee of $15.00

All deposits for campsites are charged a $10.00 fee for cancellation.

Cabins are 1/2 of the deposit for canceling. One half (1/2) of the deposits for the House only is refundable provided cancellation notice is received (7) months in advance of arrival.

Except as above, there are no refunds. Your reservation placement acknowledges your understanding of our reservation/refund policy and should you have any questions regarding same please inquire prior to payment.

Annually, during the second week in August for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally: Special rates and policies apply including our reservation/no-refund policy reflected herein our website.
