We cannot express enough how wonderful Whispering Pines is and the owners. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and kindness. Clean facilities and beautifully kept grounds. We appreciate so very much you're taking care of us, and making our stay all that more pleasant and relaxing.

We were part of the group of riders who were hit by the huge rainstorm during Sturgis bike week. You were very nice and understanding of our situation and made us all feel welcome and not a burden. Thank you very much!!!

This campground was perfect, we stayed in a tent for the weekend and the shower house was always very clean and well kept. The owners are very nice and make a GREAT breakfast. We will be going back every year for sure.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great stay. Just got back from the Black Hills. We have stayed at Whispering Pines several times and thought this was the best of them all. Thanks for everything (including the burncream) and we will see you all again.

We stay here every year for the Black Hills Open tennis tournament. We LOVE the campground!!! It is easily accessible- close to town, yet still in the hills- and on a direct route to every where we want to go! The site is quiet, and the new owners are overly kind and accommodating! The campgrounds are very clean and bug control is impeccable! We do not consider staying anywhere else when coming to town.

Thanks for the fun!!
Hi, I am one of the campers from the big house this last weekend. We all had a blast. The accommodations were perfect. One suggestion though. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be fantastic for doing hair and make-up. This would free up the bathrooms for people who need to shower. Yes us crazy girls still think we should look good even though we are camping. Thanks again, we all had a fabulous time!!!!

Looking at the website to show our friends the site for this year. I have to add comments for our last stay. It was the best of all four years we have stayed at Whispering Pines. This is includes the thoughts of the friends we brought with us. We really appreciated your kindness and hospitality. The Indian quiver and arrows I got from you look great in our western room. We look forward to staying again and are bringing more friends this year. Thanks.

What can we say??? Kelly and Gale, you are the perfect campground hosts.
We had the most wonderful time, visiting with you. After 13 years of coming to this campground, we have to admit, this is the BEST stay out of all of them. Yes, you heard me right, "out of ALL of them !!!" You both made us feel so at home, that it made it very hard to leave. I hope that you guys stay owners for a very long time to come. We felt so welcomed, and feel that we gained a great friendship from meeting you. You 2
